Free weights and strength-training and cardiovascular equipment. Drop-in fee $5, monthly membership $25. Mon., Wed., & Fri. 5:30–6:30 a.m. & 5–8 p.m., Tues. 5:30–8 p.m., Thurs. 5–8 p.m., Sat. 9–11 a.m.

Manchester Sportsman Club

Trap, 3D archery, and rifle and handgun ranges for members; free hunter safety training in Sept. open to public. Gun safety classes as requested. Several leagues open to the public. Annual dues $100. Meets first Tues. 7 p.m. www.manchestersportsmanclub.org
